  • Shipping: Enjoy complimentary Standard Shipping on all orders within the continental United States and Europe. This typically takes 7-15  business days.

  • Expedited Shipping:  The stock jewelry preparation time is about 7~15 days, the customized jewelry preparation time is about 15~28 days .

  • Processing Times: We strive to ship in-stock orders in 1-2 business days of confirmation. Custom jewelry may take longer depending on the design complexity (refer to FAQ for details).

  • Delivery Requirements: All shipments require a signature upon delivery for security purposes. Contact us if you have concerns or require alternative arrangements.

  • Our Commitment: While we prioritize fast processing, meticulous quality control may extend processing times. This ensures you receive jewelry that meets Blueriot's high standards

Return and Exchange Policy

  • Return Window: We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receipt of your order .

  • Ineligible Items: Custom jewelry, special orders, and promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Condition of Return: Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging with any certificates or documentation included.
